1 cup milk (dairy or non dairy – vanilla, coconut or almond – mix it up)

3tbsp Chia Seeds

Combine milk and Boomer Nutrition Protein Powder in a shaker cup or blender first and then whisk or stir in chai seeds for best results.  Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight to let the chia seeds set.
