When I first heard the ingredients for this high protein pudding I initially thought there is no way it can taste THAT good. I am all for eating healthy, and giving something you normally eat a healthy twist, but sometimes you can take it too far and I feared that might be the case here.

The Best Chocolate Cheesecake Protein Pudding
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt
Add all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until cottage cheese is creamy and there are no lumps . . unless you like a few lumps. Spoon into 6 equal serving dishes and enjoy. The pudding can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days. I think it tastes even better the next day!
