Green tea is know for its anti oxidants and using it in place of milk or water for a morning protein smoothie is a nice change of taste. Brew the tea ahead and store in the fridge or freeze in ice cube trays ready to blend.

Green Tea Protein Smoothie


Ingredients

  • 1 Cup
    green tea
  • 1 Scoop
    Boomer Nutrition ENERGY Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/2 Cup
    spinach leaves
  • 1 Cup
    grapes
  • 1/4 Cup
    greek yogurt - plain, vanilla or honey
  • 1 Tablespoon
    honey or maple syrup
  • handful
    ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or bullet and blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately.
