Mint Chocolate Protein Smoothie with Kale 


Ingredients

  • 1 Cup
    milk (almond, rice, soy or coconut)
  • 1 Scoop
    Boomer Nutrition ENERGY Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1/4 Cup
    greek yogurt - plain, vanilla or honey
  • 1/2
    banana
  • 1/2 Cup
    kale
  • 2 Tablespoons
    whole mint leaves
  • 4 drops
    peppermint extract (optional)
  • handful
    ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or bullet and blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately.

    Add a few drops of peppermint extract if the smoothie is not minty enough.
