This Morning Mojito Protein Smoothie is quickly going to become a favourite breakfast or post workout smoothie.  The Boomer Nutrition ENERGY Vanilla Protein Powder and greek yogurt make it a filling way to start your day while the lime and the mint take you back to lazy summer days around the pool.

With real mint leaves and a squeeze of fresh lime, you get the added benefit of the nutritional value of each without artificial flavours.

Morning Mojito Protein Smoothie


Ingredients

  • 1 Cup
    milk (almond, rice, soy or coconut)
  • 1 Scoop
    Boomer Nutrition ENERGY Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/4 Cup
    Greek yogurt - plain, vanilla or honey
  • 2 Tablespoons
    lime juice
  • 2 Tablespoons
    whole mint leaves
  • 1 Tablespoon
    honey or maple syrup
  • handful
    ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or bullet and blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately.

    Store any extras in ice cube trays in the freezer to be added to your next Morning Mojito Protein Smoothie.
