Refreshing Lime Green Protein Smoothie


Ingredients

  • 1 Cup
    milk (almond, rice, soy or coconut)
  • 1 Scoop
    Boomer Nutrition ENERGY Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/4 Cup
    greek yogurt - vanilla, plain or honey
  • 1/2 Cup
    spinach - more if you really like spinach
  • 1/2
    banana
  • 2 Tablespoons
    lime juice
  • 1 Tablespoon
    honey or maple syrup
  • handfull
    ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or bullet and blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately.
