Ingredients

  • 1 Cup
    Milk - dairy, almond, rice, soy, hemp, coconut
  • 1/2 Cup
    fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 Scoop

  • ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or Bullet and blend until smooth.

    Enjoy immediately.
