Love your skinny vanilla bean coffee at the drive thru but its just too hot outside? Or maybe you are in the mood for a frosty treat or evening dessert. Try this make at home, protein rich version and have yourself a Skinny Vanilla Bean Frosted Latte that doubles as breakfast on the go!

This Vanilla variation of the Iced Mocha Protein Smoothie uses  Boomer Nutrition ENERGY Vanilla Protein Powder, in place of the chocolate and omits the cocoa powder. A little vanilla extract and this turns into a Vanilla Bean Latte alternative.

If you are not a coffee lover, you can leave out the 3 coffee ice cubes, it tastes great both ways!

Skinny Vanilla Bean Frosted Latte


Ingredients

  • 1 Cup
    Milk - dairy, vanilla almond, rice, soy or hemp
  • 1 Scoop
    Boomer Nutrition ENERGY Whey Protein Powder - Vanilla
  • 1/4 Cup
    vanilla greek yogurt
  • 3
    coffee ice cubes
  • 1/2
    Banana
  • 1 Teaspoon
    Vanilla extract
  • handful
    ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or bullet and blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately.

    Store any extras in ice cube trays in the freezer to be added to your next Skinny Vanilla Bean Frosted Latte Smoothie.
