Even the kids are going to love this Summer Slushie Extra Fruity Protein Smoothie. Made with just water, fruit and Boomer Nutrition ENERGY Vanilla Protein Powder this smoothie packs in a ton of vitamins, fiber, protein and a refreshing fruity taste.

Frozen fruit works best for this Slushie Smoothie and is easy to have on hand.  Both the peaches and mango are high in Vitamins A and C and provide one gram of fiber in just half a cup, while the raspberries give you 4 more grams of fiber on their own. The raspberries and mango are also high in B6 which plays an important role in converting food into energy and helping the body metabolize fats and proteins.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup
    Water
  • 1 Scoop
    Boomer Nutrition ENERGY Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/2 Cup
    Peaches - fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 Cup
    Raspberries - fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 Cup
    Mango - fresh or frozen
  • Handful
    ice cubes - if fresh fruit used

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or bullet and blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately.
